Shotgun Shenanigans

Shotgun Shenanigans launched as a free-to-play multiplayer FPS sports game on December 4, 2023. Following launch, the developer — a solo indie dev — released a series of updates through mid-2024, including two notable content additions: the Weapon Skins Update (Version 1.3, March 3, 2024) and the Overtime Update (Version 1.9, July 5, 2024), which added overtime mechanics and goal explosions. Several quality-of-life and feature patches were also shipped between March and May 2024. The most recent developer communication of any kind was the Overtime Update on July 5, 2024. There have been no posts, patches, or announcements since that date. No DLC has been listed, no roadmap has been published, and the developer has made no statements about future content. Given the small scale of the project, the absence of any outstanding commitments, and the fact that the update cadence has fully stopped with no communication since July 5, 2024, the game appears to have reached a natural completion point with the Overtime Update.
