Sir Lovelot launched on March 3, 2021 as a complete platformer with over 40 hand-crafted levels. Following launch, the developer shipped one post-launch update on April 29, 2021 (version 1.21) that addressed player feedback — improving controls, fixing achievements, and optimizing performance. That same post outlined two remaining smaller quality-of-life items (input remapping and a collectible display feature), but these were minor polish goals rather than content expansions. Since that April 2021 update, the developer has not shipped any major content or announced any new content plans. The most recent developer communication was a Unity security patch on October 10, 2025, which addressed a technical vulnerability but added no new content. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap, and no announced expansions. The game has no post-launch content update pattern beyond the initial polish pass shortly after release. Sir Lovelot appears to have launched as a self-contained finished product, and the developer's communications are consistent with that — a polish update shortly after launch, then only a security maintenance patch years later.
