Small World

Small World (the digital adaptation of the board game) launched on December 11, 2013 and has received a handful of content expansions over the years. Three DLC packs shipped on launch day in December 2013 (Cursed!, Grand Dames, and Be Not Afraid...). A fourth DLC — Royal Bonus — followed on June 17, 2020. The most recent and final content addition was the A Spider's Web expansion, released on February 10, 2021, which added three new races (IceWitches, Skags, Slingman) and several new powers, alongside various bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. All five DLC packs listed on the store are marked as released, and the developer's last communication of any kind was that February 10, 2021 post announcing A Spider's Web. There have been no announcements, roadmaps, or developer posts since then — a silence of over five years as of June 2026. The developer has not announced any further content or plans for the game. Given that this is a digital adaptation of a finite board game with a fixed set of physical expansions, and that all known DLC has shipped with no new content hinted at, the game appears to have reached the end of its content lifecycle as of the A Spider's Web release.
