Son of Nor launched on March 31, 2015 as a fully featured action-adventure game with a complete 12+ hour storyline, co-op multiplayer, and PvP modes. All four DLC items — the soundtrack, a backer DLC, a cosmetic item, and the Warriors of Nor pack — were released in April–June 2015, shortly after launch.
The studio shipped several post-launch patches improving performance, tutorials, and peripheral support. The last developer communication was on April 19, 2016, when a RealSense gesture-control integration update was released. No patches, announcements, or developer posts have appeared since that date.
As early as March 8, 2015 — before the game even launched — the developer stated in a dev diary that stillalive studios was already working on a new game, signaling that Son of Nor was being wrapped up as a project. All announced and listed DLC has been released, the update cadence ended in April 2016, and there are no outstanding commitments or announced future content of any kind. The game launched as a complete product and received its final update on April 19, 2016.
Evidence
