Space Accident launched on February 10, 2022 as a self-contained single-player puzzle adventure game. The only DLC ever listed is the game's soundtrack, released on March 17, 2022 — no gameplay content has ever been added via DLC. Post-launch, Whale Rock Games delivered a handful of polish updates through early 2023 (bug fixes, language support, a save-anywhere feature, and optimization improvements tied to an Xbox release), then moved on. Since early 2023, every communication from the developer through this studio's news feed has been announcements for entirely separate games: Cyber Avenger (November 2023), Dofamine VR (February 2025), and demos for Shadow of the Matrix and VALDIS (February 2026).
