Evaluation
Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis launched on February 4, 2016 as a self-contained episode in the four-part Space Pilgrim saga. The store description makes clear this is a standalone purchase covering one episode of that saga, with no post-launch DLC or additional content ever announced or released for it. The developer's news activity after launch consists entirely of announcements for other, separate games (Space Pilgrim Episode IV, Crown Champion, Sentience, The Deed II), with a single bug-fix patch (Version 1.1) addressing crash and achievement issues. There is no indication that the developer ever planned or delivered additional content for this specific episode beyond its initial release. The game shipped as a complete, finished product.
Evidence
Space Pilgrim Episode IV: Sol launched on Steam just one month after Episode III, completing the four-episode saga and indicating the series was finished.
Store description presents a self-contained episode with a defined 3-5 hour runtime, explicitly noting the purchase covers episode three only — no additional content is promised or implied.
