Squiggle Football launched on August 13–14, 2025. In the weeks following launch, the developer shipped a small paid DLC called Modern Eras on September 17, 2025, which added over 2,500 historically modelled players from the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s. That DLC is the only one listed in the store, and it has been released. The developer followed up with a feature patch on September 17–18 and two hotfixes through September 25, 2025, addressing bugs and polish items. No further content has been announced since those September 2025 updates, and there are no unreleased DLC entries in the store listing. The game appears to have launched as a complete product with one expansion pack, both of which are now fully shipped.
