State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is a remastered release of the original State of Decay, bundling the base game and its two major add-ons (Breakdown and Lifeline) in a single package. It launched on April 27, 2015. The last major content update — Content Update 4 — shipped on November 18, 2015, introducing new missions, survivors, vehicles, and weapons. Since then, developer communication has been limited to community events and merchandise posts, with no further content releases or announcements. The only DLC listed on Steam are two soundtrack releases from March 25, 2020, which are music releases rather than game content. The game has been in a stable, complete state since late 2015, and the developer has made no indication of any further game content being planned. This is a fully complete product.
