SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech

SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamesh launched on May 31, 2019 as a complete, self-contained RPG card game. Shortly after launch, the developer released bug fix patches in June and early August 2019 to address reported issues. On August 8, 2019, Image & Form shipped a free "SteamWorld Quest 2.0" content update adding New Game Plus, a new "Legend Remix" difficulty mode, an art gallery, and a jukebox feature. This appears to be the final content update for the game. The only DLC listed is the game's official soundtrack, which has been released. No additional DLC has been announced or listed as unreleased. All developer news posts from 2020 onward relate exclusively to other SteamWorld franchise titles — SteamWorld Build (announced January 2023, released December 2023) and SteamWorld Heist II (announced for pre-order July 2024, released August 2024). The most recent post tagged to this game's store page (June 2025) is a franchise-wide sale announcement, not a communication about new Quest content. There have been no announcements of additional content, expansions, or updates for SteamWorld Quest since August 2019. The game launched as a finished single-player experience and received one content update before development concluded.
