Syn-Chorus 01: The New Life entered Steam Early Access on February 11, 2025, and the developer has maintained consistent and active development since launch. Two major content updates have shipped: a feature patch in May 2025 overhauling the farming companion (Xingshén) system, and a substantial August 30, 2025 update (V1.0.0.8276 EA) that added a main story interlude chapter, new production equipment, a full achievement system, a character appearance customization system, and new protagonist outfits. Since that major update, the developer has continued shipping regular patches — including bug fixes and smaller feature additions — as recently as May 27, 2026, which added new relationship story content for two characters and new furniture recipes. The game remains in Early Access with no announced 1.0 release date, no developer statement about completing development, and no announced DLC. Development is clearly ongoing with a steady cadence of updates.
