After launch, the developer shipped a feature patch on August 18, 2020 adding subtitles, save functionality, and bug fixes. On June 17, 2021, the developer posted a one-year anniversary message mentioning plans for one more language update "sometime soon." That update arrived on July 17, 2023 — the game's three-year anniversary — explicitly titled "The Final Update." In that post, the developer confirmed it included bug fixes and additional language localizations, and directed players to their website for "a full update on the status of the project and team." The developer clearly communicated that this was the conclusion of development. No further updates, DLC, or content announcements have been made since July 17, 2023.

You play as said housewife, Karen, who is trapped in an unhappy marriage taking care of an ungrateful child, and is faced with the struggle of keeping up appearances in the face of a home gone mad.
