Evaluation
The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki II KAI launched on February 24, 2021 as a remastered/upgraded port of the original game, described in the store as a version "upgraded with all-new features." The developer issued a bug fix patch on February 25, 2021, and followed up with a 64-bit beta version on March 23, 2021. There have been no developer communications of any kind since March 23, 2021 — over five years ago. No DLC has been released or announced, and the store description contains no mention of future content, seasonal content, or planned expansions. This game launched as a complete, standalone product (a remaster of an existing title) with no post-launch content roadmap. The two patches issued in the weeks following launch were technical fixes, not content additions, and developer activity stopped entirely after that. There is nothing to indicate additional content was ever planned beyond the base game.
Evidence
Store description presents the game as a complete remaster with upgraded features, no mention of future DLC, expansions, or ongoing content.
64-bit beta version made available to address crashes on certain hardware configurations. Last official developer communication.

The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki II: Kai: The Erebonian Civil War, the second game in the series, has been upgraded with all-new features!
The game also features the popular high-speed Skip Mode from the PlayStation®4 version. With the touch of a button, you can jump between events and fields at twice the normal speed, and battles at four times the normal speed!
The Nobel Alliance has raised up dominating the capital and intruded several locations including the Military Academy by taking advantage of the assassination of the "Blood and Iron Chancellor."
As a result a civil war finally broke out against the regular forces. On the other hand Rean who backed down from the front line due to the defeat against the "Azure Knight" has awakened at the mountain.
