The Rare Nine launched on Steam Early Access on October 31, 2017 and has remained in Early Access ever since, never reaching a 1.0 release. The developer (Agafonoff) was active with several patches in November 2017 shortly after launch, then shipped a substantial Global Update 0.2 on February 7, 2018. After a long gap, an October 2022 post announced a separate game by the same developer (Dr. Livesey Rom and Death Edition). The most recent post, dated January 4, 2024, describes a large patch — but its content and formatting are primarily associated with Dr. Livesey Rom and Death Edition rather than The Rare Nine, making it ambiguous how much of that update actually applies to this game. Since January 4, 2024, the developer has published nothing at all for The Rare Nine. No roadmap, no 1.0 target, and no statement about the game's future has ever been communicated. With the last post now over 19 months in the past and no history of consistent communication, it is unclear whether active development is continuing.

You can get random objective from "Wheel of fortune", and got rare "Artifacts", which drops from enemies or level objects.
We are giving you a chance to choose an unique hero. Every character has its pros n' cons. If you can fully take control your hero, you will become godlike destroyer in this hell. Buddy I think you got the wrong door, the paradise club's two blocks down.
For people with photosensitive epilepsy, you can disable blinks in options.

- Every choosed character is unusual by his abilities and absolutely different parameters.
