大鹏 - The Roc

大鹏 - The Roc launched on November 14–15, 2024, representing the culmination of over four years of development by the 折扶桑 team. The developer described it as their first game and framed the release post as a definitive arrival — "大鹏已经远去，或者还在路上，现在它终于来了！" ("The Roc has long departed, or perhaps still on the way — now it has finally arrived!"). Both DLC items (the official soundtrack and artbook) shipped on November 15, 2024, the day after launch, and were presented as companion products to the finished game rather than extensions of its content. Since launch, the developer has continued to issue maintenance updates: typo corrections, platform support expansions (macOS added in December 2024, Linux in April 2025), an engine rebuild to resolve an NVIDIA driver conflict (October 2025), and a hotfix for a missing Steam build library in June 2026. These are all quality-of-life and compatibility patches — none introduce new story content or signal that additional content is planned. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no roadmap or announcement of future expansions, and no developer statement indicating further content is coming. The game was presented and shipped as a complete narrative work.
