The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered is available to buy now. The original game launched on May 18, 2015, and its free Remastered upgrade went live on September 29, 2026, bundling the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions for all owners. On May 27, 2026, CD PROJEKT RED announced a new expansion, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Songs of the Past, being co-developed with Fool's Theory. The developer revealed the expansion on August 25, 2026 with a trailer and first look, confirming a 2027 release. The expansion is already listed on the Steam store as unreleased, and no exact date has been given. A patch, 5.01, was released on October 8, 2026, showing the developer is still supporting the game with fixes. Because the expansion has not yet shipped, the game's content is not yet complete.
