This Strange Realm Of Mine launched on July 19, 2017. After release, the developer shipped a Mac OS X port in May 2018, added Steam Trading Cards in June 2018, and released feature patches in August 2018 and July 2019, with a final bug-fix patch on November 8, 2019. Since that November 2019 patch, no further updates to this game have been published — the only developer news posts after that date are promotions for an entirely separate game, Koala Kids Golf, released in September 2023. The sole DLC is a soundtrack released on March 21, 2020, which is a content-neutral add-on rather than a gameplay expansion. No future content, roadmap, or expansion has ever been announced for this game. The developer has clearly moved on to other projects, and the game appears to have shipped as a complete, self-contained experience with no further content planned.

Start off by creating yourself, then die.
In REALM you explore your afterlife. On your quest you'll find characters in different situations, with their problems and thoughts on life. You can invite them to your tavern, a safe-haven in the midst of all the chaos. You'll also meet Ulrich, a spiritual guide who'll take you through your experience as a lost soul.
You'll come across monstrous beings who are eager to put their teeth in you. There are several ways to rid yourself of them however, ranging from guns to melee weapons. Be ready to get your hands dirty and watch the blood drip slowly from the roof and walls.
This universe consists of both beauty and indescribable horrors, in REALM you'll experience both. Let's hope you have a good time, and who knows, maybe you'll learn something on the way..
