PAPERHEAD went on sale as a full game on Steam on October 9, 2026, after the developer moved the launch from September 18, 2026 to allow three more weeks for polish and fixes. Two items were listed as available on launch day: the Supporter Pack, which adds fourteen cosmetic leg skins, and the PAPERHEAD Soundtrack. The free prologue PAPERHEAD EP.0 was scheduled to leave Steam on September 24, 2026. Because the game has only been out since October 9, 2026, there is no post-launch update history yet, and no future content plans have been published, so it is too early to tell whether the developer will add more.
