Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 launched on October 14, 2026 on Steam, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions also available, and a Nintendo Switch 2 version is planned for a later date. The launch post and store description present a complete single-player branching campaign with two playable characters, more than 30 levels, over 40 new enemies, and all four Chaos factions, which the developer had previewed in earlier posts as part of the full game. The developer has not announced any DLC, expansions, or further content, and the launch post asks players to share bugs and feedback through a form. Because the game has only just launched, there is not yet a post-launch record showing whether more content will follow.
