Three Kingdom: The Journey left Early Access and officially launched on April 18, 2023. During its Early Access period (prior to that date), the developer at Senmu Studio was actively adding content — most notably adding the Wu faction (Sun Jian's camp) with new generals, cards, mechanics, and equipment in December 2022, alongside a series of feature patches throughout 2022.
After the 1.0 launch on April 18, 2023, developer communications shifted to maintenance: a bug fix patch on May 9, 2023 (v1.09), a bug fix patch on May 31, 2023 (v1.13), and a final feature patch on July 10, 2023 (v1.14) that added visual polish and quality-of-life improvements. There have been no developer communications, patch notes, or announcements of any kind after July 10, 2023 — nearly three years of silence as of today (June 25, 2026).

The Han Dynasty faces an armed uprising – and the situation couldn’t be direr. You must be ready for the battle, for those who waver won’t stand a chance against the troops of the Yellow Turbans and their clever generals.
Adjust your strategy to succeed against different types of enemies and free the cities as you travel through the map.
