Tomboys Need Love Too! is a visual novel that launched on May 12, 2017. The game shipped as a complete narrative product with 5 endings and 2 romanceable characters. Both available DLC items — the official soundtrack and the 18+ content patch — were released on September 12, 2018, completing the game's full content offering. Since then, the developer has continued to maintain the game technically: adding Spanish and German translations in July 2019, Simplified Chinese support in March 2020, and a series of engine updates and bug fixes through January 2024. However, each of these updates was explicitly described by the developer as maintenance work with no new story content.
