Evaluation
Top Speed 2: Racing Legends entered Steam Early Access on August 19, 2019. The developer, T-Bull, published a single bug fix patch on September 10, 2019 — the only post in the game's entire news history. Since then, there have been no developer communications of any kind: no patch notes, no development updates, no roadmap, and no statement about the game's future. The game has remained in Early Access without any further updates through June 2026, a silence of over six years. No roadmap or 1.0 release plans have been publicly communicated, and there is no indication that development is continuing or that a full release is being worked toward.
Evidence
Only developer post ever published — a minor bug fix patch with stability improvements. No further communication from the developer after this date.
Store page describes a game with multiple modes, 70+ cars, limited-time events, and leaderboards, but contains no Early Access disclaimer, roadmap, or information about planned updates or a 1.0 release target.
