Evaluation
Toy Odyssey: The Lost and Found launched on September 20, 2016. Following launch, Hikergames was active with several patches addressing balance, bug fixes, and quality-of-life improvements through late 2016 and into early 2017. The last recorded developer activity was on May 18, 2017, when the developer added official Japanese localization support — the most substantial post-launch addition. There have been no developer communications, updates, patches, or announcements of any kind since May 18, 2017. No unreleased DLC exists in the store listing, and no future content has ever been announced. The developer has shipped no major content drops since launch, and the update pattern came to a full stop nearly nine years ago. The game launched as a complete, self-contained product and received only post-launch polish and one localization addition before going quiet. There is no indication that any further content is planned.
