The last DLC released under the TSW3 banner was the Norfolk Southern Heritage Livery Collection on August 10, 2023 (DLC-41). All 79 DLC items listed on the store are marked as released — none are pending. The critical context here is that Dovetail Games operates Train Sim World as an annually refreshed franchise. On August 23–24, 2023, the developer published a full roadmap for Train Sim World 4, which launched on September 26, 2023 (NEWS-3, NEWS-5, NEWS-6). TSW4 was explicitly positioned as the next generation of the platform, with TSW3 content becoming "compatible" add-ons playable within TSW4. Then, on August 28, 2024, Dovetail announced Train Sim World 5, launching September 17, 2024 (NEWS-1), continuing this annual cycle. The developer's news activity on the TSW3 store page after mid-2023 consists entirely of announcements and roadmap content for TSW4 — there are zero posts announcing new TSW3-branded content, patches, or updates after the TSW4 launch. The franchise model is clear: each numbered entry receives a content window of roughly one year before the next instalment takes over as the primary platform. Paint trains however you desire and run on them on any route with Off the Rails mode, then share your creations with the Creators Club. 

Your collection also comes with you. All Train Sim World 2 content is available to play in Train Sim World 3, and any Add-Ons which you have yet to explore can be added at any time.
