Trapper: Drug Dealing RPG has been in Early Access since April 28, 2022 and remains there. Lathon Gaming has maintained a consistent and active development pace throughout this period.
The most recent major update — Blood and Boundaries Part 1: Crackhouse Redux (Update 10.2.0) — shipped on June 27, 2026, just seven weeks before today's date. It introduced a completely rebuilt crackhouse system, a new popularity mechanic, cellphones, five new trapping locations, and more. Crucially, the update post explicitly states: "This is only Part 1 of the Blood and Boundaries update series. We've got even more content on the way." This is a direct developer commitment to upcoming content. That was followed by a feature patch on July 14, 2026 — the last communication on record — confirming the developer remains actively engaged.
Looking at the broader history, major updates have shipped roughly every 3–6 months: Battle Mode Complete (June 2023), Get On My Level 8.0 (March 2024), Criminal Network Core 9.0 (September 2025), Criminal Network Complete 10.0 (April 2026), and now Blood and Boundaries Part 1 (June 2026).
