Evaluation
Trapper's Delight launched into Early Access and received substantial updates over roughly two years before the developer, Shrimpcave Industries, officially brought it out of Early Access on March 6, 2018 with a 1.0 release. In the 1.0 launch announcement, the developer explicitly stated that "the game can be considered a complete package" — a clear signal that development had reached its intended conclusion.
After the 1.0 release, the developer shipped two additional small patches: Update 1.0.1 on March 27, 2018 (gameplay tweaks and a bug fix) and Update 1.0.2 on June 25, 2018 (Japanese localization and minor UI fixes), followed by a small bug fix in Update 1.0.2.1 on July 13, 2018. No further updates, announcements, or developer communications have been made after July 13, 2018. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap commitments, and no announced future content of any kind.
The developer's own words at launch — describing the game as a "complete package" — combined with the absence of any post-launch content pipeline and over seven years of silence since the last patch, point clearly to a finished product. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained experience.
Evidence
Developer explicitly stated at the 1.0 launch that the game 'can be considered a complete package' and moved it out of Early Access.
Update 1.0.2.1 fixed a movement bug — the last known developer communication. No updates or announcements have followed.

About this game
Developer's Notes
Trapper's Delight was originally envisioned as a party game. So we recommend that you gather your friends for a couch-play experience or play with them online. Please keep in mind that as an indie game with a small player base, it is not always possible to find players online.About the game
Trapper's Delight is a game where players create a gauntlet of lethal contraptions and secret traps. Once all of the traps are in place, players have to try and navigate the traps in real-time along with the other competitors. To score points in Trapper's Delight, players will need to reach the goal safely. To prevent others from scoring, create the most devious traps possible... but make sure you can navigate past them too!
