Evaluation
Trendpoker 3D: Texas Hold'em Poker launched on December 11, 2017 and has received a steady stream of patches and improvements over the years. The developer's news posts in this game's channel largely consist of maintenance updates, bug fixes, and announcements for other card games in BufoProject's lineup (Hearts 3D, Thirty-One 3D, Skat 3D, Classic Card Games) — these are separate titles, not new content for Trendpoker itself.
The most recent update to the game itself was on December 10, 2024 (V3.9.3), which delivered online ranking improvements and bug fixes. Before that, a September 9, 2024 patch addressed screen resolution and Linux/Steam Deck compatibility issues. The February 28, 2019 update was the last substantive content addition to Trendpoker specifically, adding 10 new environments, 5 new card backs, 5 new music tracks, and several gameplay features.
The store description does not reference any planned future content, season passes, or roadmaps. There are no unreleased DLC items listed. The developer has not made any announcements about upcoming Trendpoker-specific content. The game appears to be a finished poker simulator that continues to receive occasional technical maintenance (compatibility fixes, server performance improvements), but has not received new gameplay content since early 2019. The December 2024 patch is best understood as the last maintenance update in this pattern — the game is functionally complete.
