Virgo Versus The Zodiac

Virgo Versus The Zodiac launched on December 12, 2019. The game had a crowdfunding campaign that included promises of console ports and additional content. On August 23, 2023, the developer delivered on all of those commitments by releasing the game on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox, and simultaneously shipping the promised free content update for PC: Zodiac Memories (playable perspective episodes for four Zodiacs) and a Boss Rush mode. This update was explicitly described by the developer as fulfilling content promised during the original crowdfunding campaign. Since that August 2023 update, no further content for Virgo Versus The Zodiac itself has been announced or released. The most recent developer communications — a January 2026 post and a February 2026 post — make clear that Moonana has moved on to developing a new, smaller project (a vampire-themed action platformer), with their other previously announced title, Clowned King, on indefinite hold due to funding constraints. Neither of these posts mentions any additional content planned for Virgo Versus The Zodiac. The December 2024 release of *Ginger's Letter to Santa* is a separate game set in the Virgo universe, not a DLC or update to Virgo Versus The Zodiac itself. The only DLC listed on the store is the original soundtrack, which shipped on launch day in 2019. There are no unreleased DLC entries. The developer has not announced any further updates, expansions, or content for the base game. The content development for Virgo Versus The Zodiac is complete, with the August 23, 2023 content update representing the final major addition to the game.
