Wandersong launched on September 27, 2018 as a complete, self-contained musical adventure. All three DLC items — two soundtrack volumes and a remix album — were released on launch day alongside the base game, indicating they were part of the initial release package rather than post-launch content additions. Following launch, the developer issued a series of bug fix and stability patches through early 2019, along with a feature update to support fan translations. On August 15, 2019, the developer announced their next game, Chicory: A Colorful Tale, with no mention of any further content planned for Wandersong. The store description makes no reference to future updates or expansions, and there are no unreleased DLC entries. The last developer communication of any kind was the August 2019 announcement post. Wandersong appears to have launched as a finished product and was never positioned as a game that would receive post-launch expansions or ongoing content — the post-launch activity consisted entirely of bug fixes, stability improvements, and translation tooling. The developer has since moved on to their next project.
