WARRIORS: Abyss

WARRIORS: Abyss launched on February 12, 2025 and received a sustained wave of major free content updates throughout its first year — seven in total, adding new playable heroes, game modes (Training Hall, Void of Ephemerality, Depths of Torment), new difficulty tiers, and extensive balance overhauls. The developer also ran a community vote in October 2025 to solicit character requests, and the voted-in characters (Zuo Ci, Lianshi, Yu Jin, and Dong Bai) were subsequently added in the December 2025 and February 2026 updates, completing that commitment. The final major content update (Ver. 1.7.0, February 27, 2026) added Dong Bai as a new hero along with new challenge modes and gameplay options. This was followed by Ver. 1.8.0 on March 19, 2026 — a feature-and-balance patch with no new heroes or modes, focused on balance adjustments and bug fixes.
