Westboro launched on April 27, 2017 as a finished indie action RPG. Following launch, the developer shipped several patches throughout 2017 covering difficulty adjustments, new control options, localization (including a German translation), and bug fixes. The most recent developer communication was a feature patch on September 29, 2018, which added animations, sound effects, balance tweaks, and performance improvements. The closing note "Stay tuned for more updates!" at the time was a common sign-off, but no further updates have materialized since then — the game has been silent from September 29, 2018 through today, June 27, 2026, a span of nearly eight years. The sole DLC is a soundtrack pack that released the day after launch and is already available. There are no unreleased DLC items, no announced expansions, and no roadmaps or developer statements indicating future content. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained product and all post-launch activity has concluded.
