Whiplash - Crash Valley launched on December 7, 2016 and received a small burst of post-launch patches. The developer shipped two content-adding patches in December 2016 and March 2017 — adding new vehicles, stunt ramps, secret areas, customization options, and gameplay fixes — followed by a hotfix on March 19, 2017. That hotfix is the last recorded communication from the developer, now over nine years ago. No further updates, announcements, or developer posts have appeared since. The store description makes no mention of planned content or ongoing development, and there are no unreleased DLC listings. The game appears to have launched as a small indie title, received some initial polish in its first few months, and then development concluded. With no signals of ongoing work or future content, the game is considered complete as of the final patch on March 19, 2017.
