Wild Terra Online

Wild Terra Online is a free-to-play sandbox MMO that launched on December 18, 2017. The game received post-launch feature updates, with the most recent substantive content patch arriving on August 2, 2022 (adding light shields, PvE events, siege changes, and dominium aging). Prior to that, a feature patch shipped on August 31, 2021. These two updates represent the extent of the documented post-launch content cycle — a pattern too sparse and now too distant in time to indicate ongoing development. Since August 2022, no major content or feature updates have been posted. The only notable developer communication was in January 2025, announcing the closure of two low-population servers (Ventar and Tonir), which signals a contraction in the game's infrastructure rather than continued development. The most recent post, from June 2026, was a promotion for the separate game Wild Terra 2: New Lands — not a development update for Wild Terra Online itself. All three DLC packs (Esquire, Lord, and Regent) were released in February 2019 and no unreleased DLC exists. The developer has not announced any future content for Wild Terra Online, and the focus appears to have shifted entirely to Wild Terra 2. The last meaningful content update to Wild Terra Online was August 2, 2022, which is the most defensible completion date for the game's content.
