Evaluation
Wish launched on May 1, 2020 and received a series of DLC releases throughout 2020, culminating in "Beyond Fate" on December 21, 2020 — a story expansion featuring new characters. Shortly before that, on July 14, 2020, the developer posted a direct statement confirming that the main story was complete, noting they hoped to return "through the next DLC or new work" but would be resting in the meantime. The "Beyond Fate" DLC that followed appears to have been that final content addition.
All five listed DLC items — the R18 patch, the original soundtrack, the "Innocent" chapter, the art book, and "Beyond Fate" — have been released. No further DLC for Wish has been listed or announced since December 2020.
Later developer news posts (February 2024 and June 2024) are announcements for entirely separate games published by Momentum Games, not updates to Wish. The developer's communication pattern since late 2020 confirms that Wish itself has received no new content in over five years.
The store description mentions free DLC has been released and directs players to the DLC store — all of which have shipped. The game is complete as a package.
Evidence
Final DLC 'Beyond Fate' released, introducing two new story characters. Described as the last major content drop for Wish.
All five DLC items for Wish — including the R18 patch, soundtrack, story chapter, art book, and Beyond Fate expansion — have been released with no unreleased entries remaining.
