Evaluation

With My Little Eye launched as version 1.0 on September 22, 2025. In the release announcement posted on September 23, 2025, the developer explicitly stated: "This will be the last major update for the game as it has reached a state that I'm proud of to attach my name." This is a clear, direct statement that development is concluded. The game is a self-contained hidden object experience — a single hand-drawn scene with 50 cats to find — and was designed from the start as a complete, finite product. A couple of small post-launch patches (cloud save support and loading screen hints) shipped on September 24, 2025, but these are minor polish updates consistent with a finished release, not indications of ongoing content development. No DLC, expansions, or future content have been announced.
