Evaluation

World Ship Simulator launched on Steam Early Access on November 17, 2015, and received its full 1.0 release on November 4, 2016. During its Early Access period, the developer (Odin Game Studio, published by Excalibur Publishing) was active with regular updates: multiple bug fix patches, feature updates adding systems like a rental mechanic and improved radar, and a notable content update in August 2016 that introduced a new ship (the Cruiser) along with a mod tool and Steam Workshop support. The last recorded developer communication was on August 12, 2016 — prior to the full 1.0 launch in November 2016. There are no unreleased DLC entries in the store listing, no announced roadmap or future content plans, and no developer posts since the game's full release. The store description presents the game as a complete package with a defined feature set. With no post-launch update cadence established, no outstanding content commitments, and nearly a decade of silence from the developer, the game launched as a finished product and has received no further content since.

Providing a combination of speed and luxury, this extravagant speed boat is well worth the price tag. Some of your best moments in this vessel will be cruising the sea without a care in the world.

The port boat is indispensable in a variety of different roles around the port from escorting large container ships to moving navigational markers – you will always be in demand in your sturdy reliable tug!

This massive bulk carrier is a monster of the seas and tasked to transport loose cargo such as grains & coal across the world. It may not be the fastest ship on the ocean, but without her, logistical transport between countries will be very difficult.
