Xuan-Yuan Sword VII

Xuan-Yuan Sword VII launched on October 28, 2020 as a complete single-player action RPG. Following launch, SOFTSTAR delivered a solid post-launch support period: a free outfit DLC (November 5, 2020), a major patch adding a new boss, New Game+, and a new difficulty (December 18, 2020), and a second major patch in February 2021 adding five new languages, a new boss, new game modes, and additional story content. Further smaller patches followed through September 30, 2021 (Patch 1.26, adding French and Turkish language support), which is the last recorded developer communication. All three listed DLC items are released. The developer's original launch post noted that plot expansion was "under consideration," but this was a tentative possibility rather than a firm commitment, and no specific plot DLC was ever announced or listed on the store. The content that was concretely announced — new bosses, game modes, and language additions — was fully delivered by early 2021.
