You are the Judge! launched on October 2, 2023 and has received a sustained pattern of major content updates from Steel Games. Season 2 arrived on October 30, 2023, followed by numerous feature patches through early 2024 that added gameplay systems such as loyalty tracking, case justifications, and a revamped pre-trial hearing system. Season 3 launched on March 13, 2025, bringing new cases, crime scenes, evidence types, and achievements. The developer's most recent communication was on September 18, 2025, when the game was added to GeForce NOW alongside further bug fixes. The gap between Season 2 (October 2023) and Season 3 (March 2025) was approximately 17 months. As of today, October 1, 2026, it has been approximately 18.5 months since Season 3 shipped — just slightly beyond that established inter-season interval. However, the developer has continued to post updates after Season 3, most recently in September 2025, and has never announced that Season 3 is the final season or that development is concluded. Every developer post has closed with a statement that they "will definitely be in touch again soon." The sustained communication pattern and absence of any completion announcement mean the game still appears to be in active ongoing development, though the silence since September 18, 2025 (now over 12 months) is worth noting. If the developer does not communicate before early 2027, the picture may shift toward uncertainty.
