Zet Zillions

Zet Zillions launched on May 23, 2024 and received a substantial post-launch content campaign. Shortly after release, the developers shipped Patch 1.5 on July 19, 2024 — titled the "Nix Arc Update" — which added the true story conclusion, three new bosses, three new chapters, a new enemy type, and controller/Steam Deck support. This was the narrative endpoint the developers had been building toward. Following that, the team introduced Chaos Mode: first as a public beta in August 2024, then as a fully featured release on February 28, 2025, complete with a difficulty modifier system and a reward structure that unlocks special cards. That February 2025 update represents the completion of the Chaos Mode feature as described during its development cycle. No further content has been announced since the Chaos Mode full release on February 28, 2025. The DLC list contains only the soundtrack, which shipped at launch. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap pointing to future updates, and no developer statements indicating additional content is planned. The story arc was explicitly described as the "TRUE ENDING" when announced in June 2024, and the major gameplay addition (Chaos Mode) has been fully delivered. The last developer communication was on February 28, 2025. Given the pattern of updates — a major story expansion in July 2024, a Chaos Mode beta in August–September 2024, and the final Chaos Mode release in February 2025 — the game appears to have reached its completed state. The developers have not signaled any future content plans.
