Zombie Shooting Star launched on July 22, 2022 and received a series of post-launch content updates through the end of 2022. The developer, Twins Halo, shipped the planned Arcade Levels in three batches: Arcade Levels 01–10 (September 2, 2022), Arcade Levels 11–20 (September 30, 2022), and finally Arcade Levels 21–30 (November 1, 2022). That final update, version 1.03, was explicitly titled "Final Update" and the developer stated clearly: "This is the last additional update to Zombie Shooting Star. The update of this work is Ver. 1.03 Final Update. THANK YOU FOR PLAYING." This is an unambiguous developer statement that content development is complete. The only subsequent Twins Halo post (September 26, 2025) announced the launch of an entirely separate game called Moushooter — confirming the studio has moved on. The game is available for purchase and fully complete as shipped.
