Project Werewulf

Project Werewulf launched on May 6, 2025 and has received continuous post-launch support. By December 2025 the developer reported over 10 major free updates in the game's first seven months, and the update pace has continued into 2026: a feature update shipped on January 15, 2026, a hotfix on July 6, 2026, and a content update on June 12, 2026 adding new NPCs, cosmetics, and French localization. The developer's formal 2025-2026 roadmap (published September 25, 2025) outlined planned content including a major five-level voiced story mission, new playable character storylines for Hannah, Miho, and a nameless survivor, and ongoing community-driven updates. The December 2025 holiday devlog also teased an upcoming Military Laboratory story chapter featuring Dr. Eleanor and Dr. Gediman. These commitments have not been marked as complete or cancelled. On August 14, 2026 — just three days before today's assessment date — the developer announced their next title, OMEGA: The Dead Planet, targeting an Early Access launch in Q3 2027. In that same post, they explicitly reference Project Werewulf as part of the shared universe and frame the community's support of Project Werewulf as the foundation for OMEGA. The December 2025 devlog had already stated the studio planned to "continue supporting Project Werewulf throughout the next year with additional free content updates" before shifting focus to their new project by late 2026. That shift has not yet been announced as complete. The studio remains active, communicative, and has not signaled the end of content for Project Werewulf. Planned story content and character storylines from the roadmap remain undelivered.
