Tiny Titan Studios announced on October 10, 2019 that Arena Stars was permanently shut down. In their own words: "Arena Stars is now closed." The game is no longer available for purchase on Steam, which is consistent with that closure announcement. The game launched on April 11, 2019 and received several updates over its brief life — including Update 1.1.0 (April 26, 2019), Update 1.2.0 (May 6, 2019), and Update 1.3.0 (June 3, 2019) — before the studio closed it down roughly six months after launch. Development ended with the closure; no further content was ever planned or delivered after that point.
