BattleLore: Command launched on Steam on March 31, 2015, as a port of an existing mobile game, bundled simultaneously with its one and only DLC — the Locust Expansion Pack. All content shipped on launch day, meaning the game arrived as a complete package from day one on this platform.
At launch, the developer expressed enthusiasm and stated they were "dedicated to providing the BEST possible game experiences and will continue to support BLC for years to come." However, this was a general goodwill statement, not a commitment to specific new content. The only post-launch activity on record is a minor bug fix patch (v1.2.1) released on April 6, 2015, addressing a win/loss notification issue. After that, there are no further developer communications, updates, feature patches, or content announcements of any kind.
The store description still references the Locust expansion as a purchase option ("EXPAND YOUR GAME: Purchase the all-new LOCUST expansion"), but that DLC has been released since launch day. No additional DLC was ever announced or listed. With no post-launch content cadence, no unreleased DLC, and over a decade of silence from the developer since April 2015, the game is clearly a completed product that shipped in its finished form.
