BLACK DAY is no longer available for purchase on Steam — the game has been removed from sale. This outcome was effectively telegraphed by the developer themselves: on February 11, 2021, Helios Production posted that Black Day "will die and be reborn of its ashes," explaining that the game's core programming issues and weak sales made further development unsustainable. The developer announced they were starting fresh with a new game called "Black One: Blood Brothers," and subsequent posts through late 2021 were focused entirely on promoting that successor title — including a pre-alpha, a playtest, and a promise that Black Day owners would receive Black One Blood Brothers for free. No further updates were ever posted for Black Day itself after the February 2021 announcement. The game has since been delisted and cannot be purchased.
