Blood Wizard Odyssey

Blood Wizard Odyssey launched on December 12, 2022. The developer (GNOMEPUNK) released a one-year anniversary patch on December 12, 2023, alongside the official soundtrack DLC — both of which had been telegraphed in a November 14, 2023 announcement post. That post also mentioned a sequel (Blood Wizard Odyssey 2) in development, which had previously been teased via a Twitter account set up in March 2023. Importantly, the sequel is a separate game, not additional content for this one. The developer's November 2023 post frames the anniversary update and soundtrack as the culmination of post-launch support for the original game, with future creative energy directed toward the sequel. There is one released DLC (the soundtrack), no unreleased DLC, and no announced future content for this title. The game launched as a complete, self-contained RPG and has received its final patch and soundtrack release. Development of this game appears to be finished.
