Evaluation
Boxing School launched on January 10, 2019 and received consistent post-launch support over several years, including major free content updates (notably the "King in the Ring" update on May 30, 2021, the "Ready to Rumble" expansion on March 30, 2023, and a large content patch on August 15, 2023) as well as a paid DLC expansion — Solo Career Mode — which released on January 10, 2024 in celebration of the game's five-year anniversary.
The developer's own communications make clear that the team's focus has fully shifted to the sequel. On November 6, 2024, Raptor Claw Games announced Boxing School 2, describing the original game as the foundation for the new title. Boxing School 2 officially launched on April 23, 2025, with the developer explicitly framing it as "the long-awaited sequel" and reflecting on the original game's journey as complete. No further updates, DLC, or content plans for the original Boxing School have been communicated since the Solo Career Mode DLC shipped in January 2024. All listed DLC is released, no unreleased content remains on the store, and the developer's energy is now directed entirely at the sequel.
The Solo Career Mode DLC, released January 10, 2024, represents the final content shipped for Boxing School.
