Casino Simulator launched into Early Access on May 23, 2024 and remains in that phase. Lodos Games has been actively developing the game throughout its Early Access period, and the pace of development has accelerated significantly heading into September 2026. The most significant upcoming milestone is "The Big Co-op Update," announced on September 2, 2026 with a release date of September 4, 2026. This update describes a ground-up rebuild of the game adding 1–4 player online co-op, fully playable Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette tables with dealing animations, real slot machine mechanics, an open city map with traffic, purchasable vehicles, houses and a mansion to live in, hundreds of new shop items, a revamped economy, staff and bar systems, 28 new achievements, and 22 supported languages. This is by far the largest update the game has received and signals that development is very much ongoing. Prior to this, the developer shipped a major graphics engine upgrade on March 11, 2026 (migrating to Unity 6 with full HDRP rendering, dynamic weather, a rebuilt save system, Steam Leaderboards, and a UI overhaul), added a new crash game called "Lo Siento!" on March 13, 2026, and followed those with bug-fix and optimization patches through late March 2026. Earlier, a new slot game ("Sweet Witch") was added on August 3, 2024. The developer has shown a clear and sustained pattern of substantial content and systems additions throughout Early Access, with no indication that development is winding down — quite the opposite.
