Coin Crypt

Coin Crypt launched out of Early Access on October 28, 2014. The developer shipped one paid expansion — Sea and Sky — on September 29, 2015, which added new coins, worlds, classes, and items. On May 28, 2016, the developer posted a patch alongside a candid note explaining that development had been stressful toward the end of the DLC cycle and that they needed space, and that they had moved on to working on a new project (which turned out to be Wandersong). This post addressed the most-requested outstanding bugs and served as the developer's final substantive communication about Coin Crypt's content development. Wandersong was announced in January 2018 and released in September 2018, confirming the developer had fully transitioned to that project. No further content, updates, or plans for Coin Crypt have been communicated since May 2016. The single DLC in the store listing is marked as released. The game appears to have reached its final state as of the May 2016 patch.
