Evaluation
Dark Souls: Remastered launched on May 23, 2018 as a complete, self-contained package. The store description explicitly states that it "includes the main game plus the Artorias of the Abyss DLC" — bundling all previously released content for the original game into a single release. This is a definitive remaster of a finished game, not a new game receiving ongoing development. No additional DLC has been announced or listed. Developer news since launch consists of a launch post, two cross-promotional posts for Elden Ring, and a November 9, 2022 post confirming that online features were restored after a period of downtime. There are no roadmaps, no announced expansions, and no unreleased content. The game shipped as a complete package and has remained so.
Evidence
Launch announcement confirms the remaster is live, highlighting graphical improvements and multiplayer enhancements. No future content or DLC mentioned.
