Dominatrix Simulator: Threshold

Dominatrix Simulator: Threshold has been in Early Access since October 22, 2018 and remains there today. The developer, deviant.tech, has consistently communicated that the game is still in development — the store description states "This game is still in development" and a March 2020 developer post explicitly explained that the game will remain in Early Access until the content is considered complete and polished. The game has a well-established pattern of major content releases over the years: new Mistress scenes and characters were added in June 2021, August 2022, June 2023, February 2024, February 2025, and most recently on May 15, 2026 with the Enforcer Furia Punishment Edging Scene (v2.12.0). This latest update also introduced oscillating toy support, an engine upgrade, and refreshed translations across 11 languages. Between major releases, the team regularly ships feature patches and bug fixes, and a new team member (Lynn) joined as recently as March 2025. The developers have been transparent about their small team size and have navigated real-life challenges (health issues, relocation, a Discord hack) while maintaining forward momentum on the project. There is no developer statement indicating the game is nearing completion or that Early Access will be ending soon. Development is clearly active and ongoing.
