Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition is a complete package of the full Dreams of Desire experience, released on October 20, 2021. The store description explicitly lists everything included: Episodes 1–12, the Lost Memories DLC (3 chapters), the Holiday Special DLC, and dozens of extra scenes — framing this as an all-in-one collection of all content ever produced for the game.
The developer (Dr. Sin) confirmed in a December 21, 2021 post that they were focused on their next game, Midnight Paradise, and only mentioned vague, tentative ideas for "small, free DLC" for Dreams of Desire "if I have the time" in 2022 — language that does not constitute a commitment. No such DLC ever materialized based on the available news posts.
All subsequent developer activity has been entirely focused on promoting and releasing Midnight Paradise, which launched on December 13–14, 2024.
